The first café opened at 21. At 22 we built a restaurant from scratch, trained its staff, and ran it for 13 years. Twenty years inside hospitality, including Marriott and then Four Seasons. In 2024 we opened a third restaurant in Texas and lost $400,000 in investment.
We know which warning signs we missed and which structures would have stopped it. Now we pair that operating experience with AI — our second obsession — to give owners the systems we wish we'd had.
