Welcome. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of AXIS Restaurant Consulting (the "Service," "we," "us," or "AXIS"), the website at axisconsult.xyz, and any digital products, consultations, or services we provide. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any AXIS product or service, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase or use AXIS products or services.

1. About AXIS

AXIS Restaurant Consulting is a hospitality consulting and AI automation business founded by Alsu Shamuratova. AXIS provides custom AI skills, automation, consulting services, and digital products designed for restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, bistros, bars, hotel food & beverage operations, catering operations, and boutique hotels.

All AXIS products and methodologies are built on Alsu Shamuratova's 20 years of operating experience across luxury hospitality brands (Four Seasons, Marriott) and independent restaurant operations.

2. Products and Services

2.1 The AXIS Bundle ($297)

The AXIS Bundle is a one-time purchase digital product containing markdown-format AI skill files (the "Skills"), installation instructions, and a quick-start reference guide. The Skills are designed to be loaded into AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT to provide methodology-driven assistance with restaurant operations.

2.2 AXIS Consultation ($500)

The AXIS Consultation is a one-time recorded call of approximately 60–120 minutes with Alsu Shamuratova. On the call we identify the core problem in your operation; we then follow up with a written map of the recommended AI system. If you proceed to implementation, the $500 consultation fee is credited back from the project total.

2.3 Free Diagnosis

The Free Diagnosis is a no-cost intake form that returns a personalized diagnostic email identifying a likely operational leak. The Free Diagnosis is provided as a courtesy and is not a substitute for paid consulting work.

3. What AXIS Provides — And What Depends on You

AXIS provides methodology, frameworks, and AI tools built on 20 years of restaurant and food & beverage operating experience. These tools are designed to help hospitality operators improve their businesses, and they genuinely do. Like any business resource, results depend on how you apply them — your market, your team, your execution, your effort. We can't guarantee specific financial outcomes for your business, because no honest consultant can. What we do guarantee: real methodology, applied honestly, by someone who's been where you are.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AXIS products and services are provided "as is" without specific outcome warranties. Results vary based on individual application and circumstances.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 AXIS Bundle

Because the AXIS Bundle is a digital product delivered by email, all sales are considered final once the bundle has been delivered. We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, no questions asked, provided you have not redistributed the Skills to others. To request a refund within the 7-day window, reply to your delivery email or contact us through the website.

4.2 AXIS Consultation

Consultation purchases are refundable in full if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled call. Once a consultation has been delivered (or missed by the client without 48-hour notice), the consultation fee is non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property and License

All AXIS Skills, methodologies, frameworks, written content, and digital materials are the intellectual property of AXIS Restaurant Consulting / Alsu Shamuratova. When you purchase the AXIS Bundle, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Skills for your own business operations.

You may:

• Use the Skills with any AI assistant of your choice for your own business
• Use the Skills across multiple businesses you personally own or manage
• Reference the methodology in your operational work

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the Skills with third parties
• Publicly post the Skills or methodology content online
• Use the Skills to create a competing product or service
• Claim authorship of the Skills or AXIS methodology

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AXIS products or services for any unlawful purpose, to harm any person or business, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source elements of our methodology in ways designed to compete with AXIS.

7. Privacy

AXIS collects only the information you voluntarily provide through the Free Diagnosis form, purchase forms, or consultation intake. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties. Form submissions and purchase data are stored securely and used only to deliver the services you requested and to communicate with you about your purchase. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXIS Restaurant Consulting, Alsu Shamuratova, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of AXIS products or services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, or any other commercial damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific AXIS product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Modifications to Terms

AXIS reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of AXIS products or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, where AXIS is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hays County, Texas.
